The Melbourne Victory Female Forum presented by AGL aims to unite and support female business leaders, linking several times annually on pertinent and crucial topical issues faced in the workplace every day, to inspire changes in the community.
The inaugural MVFC Female Forum took place on Thursday, March 9 in commemoration of International Women’s Day and will recognise the significance of encouraging female leaders by promoting their increased representation in business and leadership positions.
Melbourne Victory Managing Director, Caroline Carnegie, who hosted the forum said via press release:
“We’re thrilled to be able to launch this initiative with AGL and be able to connect female leaders across a plethora of different industries to share their ideas in this space. The AGL Female Forum will be held multiple times over the year, bringing to the fore key topics and talking points for women in business and will host a range of high-profile guests in the industry, gaining invaluable insights into their career and experience.”
Prior to the final forum of the 2022–23 season in June, the next MVFC Female Forum presented by AGL will be held in May emphasising leadership development and strategies for getting the best performance out of staff.

Overall the forum will provide a network for like-minded female executives to analyse strategies in business and the corporate world.
