Together, the two organisations will co-design Victory Rising, a new youth leadership program that looks to empower young people by providing valuable life skills and professional development opportunities.
Melbourne Victory Managing Director, Caroline Carnegie expressed enthusiasm on the new possibilities the partnership can provide for the club.
““We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with Airmaster, a business with deep Melbourne roots that shares our vision to lead, unite, connect and inspire,” she said in a press release.
“Their commitment to youth leadership and career pathways will have a real and lasting impact, and we look forward to working with them to bring these programs to life for the benefit of the wider Melbourne community.”
Additionally, Airmaster will help deliver Victory Careers, a new initiative that aims to connect community partners, participants, players and their families through an expo-style event.
Operating across every state and territory, Airmaster provides integrated HVAC, building automation, fire and energy management solutions that help organisations improve performance, efficiency and sustainability across their facilities.
Airmaster Group Manager Director, Wayne Bover expressed how unique this opportunity is for the company.
“We see this as an opportunity to give back, open up new career pathways, and champion a trade that plays a vital role in the built environment,” said Bover in a press release.
“For Airmaster, this initiative offers a unique opportunity to spotlight the importance of HVAC, reach underrepresented groups, and showcase the diverse, meaningful careers that exist within our industry.
“This partnership is a shared commitment with Victory to creating positive change.”
Founded in 1988 and with 14 branches across Australia, Airmaster has grown to be the leading provider of building services and technical solutions for the country.
The agreement will see Airmaster align its brand with Melbourne Victory and allow them to play an active role in supporting the wider Victory community.
