Melbourne Victory have announced that they have renewed their partnership with Skechers for the next two seasons.
Skechers had a successful launch into the football scene, already gaining recognition through high-profile endorsements, such as those with Harry Kane. The internationally recognised footwear company will continue to provide footwear for the Melbourne Victory coaching staff and playing group for the next two years.
Caroline Carnegie, the Managing Director at Melbourne Victory, said she was happy to be continuing the partnership over the next few seasons.
“Skechers was an incredible partner for us both on and off the pitch during season 24/25, and we are thrilled to have them extend their relationship with the club,” said Carnegie.
“Skechers has brought more than just footwear to our teams, having also brought Victory Village to our fans on select match days, which in turn helped the Club and our fans celebrate the culture and passion for football in Melbourne.
“Skechers technology and performance continues to find success around the globe. It’s a brand that is now recognised as a contributor to football and we are thrilled to have them on the journey with us at Victory.”
Skechers Brand Manager, Andrew Kinsella, shared his enthusiasm for the continuing collaboration with Melbourne Victory.
“We’re incredibly excited to continue our partnership with Melbourne Victory for a second year,” said Kinsella.
“This partnership reflects Skechers commitment to performance, innovation, and excellence both on and off the pitch. Together with Melbourne Victory, we look forward to engaging with fans, supporting players, and inspiring the next generation of football talent.”
The new partnership will be a positive boost in the attention that Skechers have received in the football world, and will likely mean they may be further recognised as a top brand of footwear in the football world.
