Western United are making stylish moves off the field, in a deal with menswear company Damat Tween as their official A-League Men’s suit provider for the next two seasons.
Damat Tween’s logo will feature on United’s starting line-up graphic and matchday signage for the duration of the two-season contract.
The company, formed in Turkey in 1986, is fast-becoming a popular brand in the menswear industry, and has been the selection of Spanish giants, Atletico Madrid, in the past.
Meanwhile, Western United continues to make headway by establishing relationships in the West of Melbourne, evidenced with Damat Tween’s first Australian showroom operating in Niddrie.
Western United General Manager of Commercial, Chris Speldewinde, is grateful for the chance to work with the European suitors.
“The guys at Damat Tween have dressed many clubs in Europe and as they’ve recently launched in Australia, we get the opportunity to work with them to style our men’s team and staff,” he said via club press release.
“We look forward to showcasing the quality they bring to Melbourne at their showroom at 519 Keillor Road, Niddrie. We welcome Damat Tween to the Green and Black family.”
Damat Tween prides itself on a sustainable approach to its production, offering United quality products made with innovation and efficiency.
Its Director, Max Demir, is eager for the company to make a mark on the Australian menswear market through its partnership with the 2022 Men’s A League champions.
“At Damat Tween Australia, we believe in the power of collaboration, and joining forces with the dynamic team at Western United exemplifies our commitment to excellence,” he added via media release.
“Our shared values, passion for innovation, and dedication to community growth form the cornerstone of this partnership. As we unite our strengths, we look forward to a future filled with shared success, mutual growth, and unforgettable achievements.”
Whilst Western United’s players and staff will be looking fresh as part of the new deal, Damat Tween will be able to build its market presence through its involvement in Australian football.
