Football Queensland have announced T2 Electrical & Data as its official lighting and solar partner, as well as preferred supplier to the Queensland football community.
T2 specialise in sports field and outdoor lighting, whilst also being a leading service provider of electrical and data installations for various commercial and industrial clients.
Alongside the announcement, Football Queensland have added a Lighting Guide and Solar Power Guide to their Facilities Hub on their website.
“Football Queensland is pleased to partner with T2 as we continue to drive infrastructure improvements that support the growth of our game,” FQ CEO Robert Cavallucci said.
“The Strategic Infrastructure Plan identifies the many field lighting and solar project opportunities that exist throughout the Queensland football community.
“The two documents released today will make a positive difference in terms of unlocking those opportunities.
“The Lighting Guide details lighting requirements and best-practice designs for Queensland clubs, while the Solar Power Guide explains how clubs can reduce electricity bills by installing a solar system and suitable storage.
“With T2’s support and expertise, and these new Guides in place to assist all stakeholders, we can better support clubs and zones in developing plans, building capacity and meeting demand.”
T2 Electrical & Data Managing Director Andrew Flack said of the partnership: “T2 is proud to have played a big part in bringing the Lighting Guide and the Solar Power Guide to fruition,” he said.
“We are now excited to join Football Queensland in maximising their value for the most popular club-based sport here in our home state.
“T2 has experience and knowledge of the sporting industry that we look forward to utilising in order to support football’s important priorities in terms of facilities and infrastructure.”
