Sydney FC have announced a new one-year major partnership Carma, an Australian online used car platform.
Carma is a fully digital used car platform, headquartered in Sydney, which offers a large range of quality pre-owned vehicles at fixed prices, delivered to the home.
The agreement, which will see Carma feature on the back of the Sky Blues’ Men’s and Women’s shorts, further adds to the positivity around Sydney FC as they return to the new Allianz Stadium this season with another addition to the Sky Blues’ strong corporate family.
“Carma is a new, exciting and innovative business based and operated in Sydney and we are delighted to be showcasing their successful brand,” Chief Executive Officer Adam Santo said in a statement.
“In less than a year Carma has positively disrupted the used car market and is revolutionising used car sales in Australia.
“Much like ourselves they pride themselves on innovative and best-in-class service, and have a strong growth and expansion vision for their brand.
“We are looking forward to working with them and I hope this will be the beginning of a long and successful major partnership.”
Like the Sky Blues, Carma is founded in Sydney and is currently exclusive to the Sydney market but looking to expand.
Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer Yosuke Hall believes the Sky Blues are perfect major partners.
“Carma is proud to partner with Sydney FC as the Official Used Car Dealership Partner, Premium & Major Club Partner and Official Shorts Partner for both the Men’s and Women’s A-League teams in the 2022-23 season,” he said via press release.
“The family-oriented spirit of the Sky Blues really resonates with our values and Carma’s commitment to bringing trust and ease back into buying a used car for Australian families.
“We’re both building world-class teams, establishing ourselves as leaders in our fields, and ultimately creating a great experience for the people that come to us.
“We’ve had a glimpse inside the new Allianz Stadium which is fantastic, and we can’t wait to share in experiencing Sydney FC’s first season back at their new home.”
The deal includes a bespoke digital content series and match day branding during the Isuzu-UTE and Liberty A-League 2022-23 seasons.
The Sky Blues begin their season on Saturday October 8 against Melbourne Victory at the new Allianz Stadium with a 7:45pm kick off.
