The ACT Government has two programs on offer that will close on Wednesday, March 29 at 5pm.
The Club Enhancement Program provides assistance to ACT sport and active recreation clubs, district associations and State Sporting Organisations to further develop the services and programs they provide within the Canberra community.
Funding can be used to purchase non-consumable equipment, increase the skills of coaches, officials, volunteers and management committees, or support improvements to club capability, capacity and accessibility.
Soccer clubs and associations in the ACT are welcome to apply, with up to $10,000 spread across nominated programs.
The Community Sport Facilities Program provides assistance to not-for-profit sport, recreation and community organisations to develop fit for purpose, sustainable and accessible places and spaces for sport and active recreation.
Funding can be used for the development of new, or the upgrade of current facilities which maintain or increase physical activity, through rational development of sustainable, good quality, well-designed and well-utilised facilities.
Soccer clubs and associations in the ACT can choose between three funding streams with funding varied depending on what is chosen.
