
Brisbane Roar has partnered with Sports Entertainment Network Queensland (SENQ).
The agreement with SENQ will enable fans of the Roar to experience extensive sporting coverage of one of the founding members of the A-League, as SENQ is Queensland’s only 24/7 sports radio channel.
The partnership will bolster exciting opportunities for the club this season, as Brisbane Roar’s General Manager – Commercial Matt Smith outlined.
“As a club, we recognise we are needing to implement more storytelling of the club through our media and marketing, and we’re excited to announce a partnership with SEN to help us achieve this” he said via press release.
“Brisbane Roar is proud to be partnering with SENQ for the upcoming season, and we’re excited by the exposure opportunities this partnership will provide the Club while providing more football stories for our fans.”
‘Breakfast with Pat & Heals’ – hosted by expert sports journalist Pat Welsh and former Australia wicketkeeper Ian Healy – and ‘Sportsday’ with Gary Belcher and Scott Sattler are some of the shows, features A-league Men’s and Women’s stars from the Roar will be on regularly throughout the season.
SEN Group Commercial Director Brad Johnson highlighted a massive schedule of football in the next few months, with the world cup just around the corner, SENQ will be the place to connect with the world game.
All Brisbane Roar home games will be called by Drury Forbes and former Matilda Elissia Carnavas, the games will also be broadcasted on SEN 993am, SEN Gold Coast 1620am, and the SEN app.
