Sydney FC and Carbiz, an award-winning car accident replacement vehicle service, have agreed an upgraded two-year partnership. The deal will see Carbiz become a major sponsor of Sydney FC until the end of the 2023/24 A-League season.
Carbiz are a company that provide replacement vehicles to people that have been in car accidents; the vehicles are paid for by the party that was at fault in the accident. Carbiz pride themselves on providing the best customer service possible. Car accidents are undoubtedly stressful for all involved. Carbiz take pleasure in partly relieving some of the stress by getting their customers back on the road as conveniently and safely as possible.
Last year, Carbiz were recognised as Australia’s Best Accident Replacement Vehicle Service, and this year they were recognised as the Best Car Rental Service in Australia. Carbiz is clearly a thriving and successful company which makes Sydney FC’s decision to continue to partner with them for another two seasons easy.
Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Adam Santo expressed his delight in the club’s agreement to continue association with Carbiz, via media release.
‘’Carbiz have been incredibly loyal partners and it’s fantastic that we have been able to help each other grow commercially together over many years,’ he said.
The relationship between Carbiz and Sydney FC began five years ago. Initially, Carbiz sponsored individual Sydney FC players, which led to Carbiz becoming an official partner of Sydney FC. The new and improved deal between Sydney FC and Carbiz, announced in a media release on January 16, will now see Carbiz become a major partner of Sydney FC.
Chief Executive Officer of Carbiz, Alex Rodov, added via a statement:
“We are delighted to be re-joining the Sydney FC corporate family after a highly successful partnership over the past five years,” he said.
The upgraded deal will likely provide numerous benefits for both Carbiz and Sydney FC. The Carbiz logo will feature on the back Sydney FC women’s team. Also, there will be Carbiz advertisements at Sydney FC A-League Men’s matches at the newly built Allianz Stadium.
The recently opened state-of-the-art Allianz Stadium is expected to attract tens of thousands of fans. Carbiz advertisements on signage within the stadium will increase public awareness of the company, potentially generating more business for Carbiz.
The deal for Sydney FC gives them another source of revenue, which is important as Sydney FC try to maintain their status as being one of the biggest clubs in Australia, both on and off the field.
